- I-brand pharmacies work with external shipping agencies and representatives to make it easier for customers to obtain their products, and we follow the policy of shipping and delivery companies and agents in a way that preserves the privacy and security of customer information and ensures that products are delivered properly within the conditions and policy of shipping companies.
- Although customers are able to order 24 hours a day, the delivery service is available every day: from Saturday to Thursday during the period from 8 am to 8 pm, and on Friday from 4 pm to 8 pm, unless otherwise indicated to the shipping company or the delivery representative in particular. .

14. Exchange and return
- To return or exchange purchased products, visit any iBrand branch within 7 days of the purchase process. You must bring a payment receipt to complete any return or exchange process.
- In case of returning offers of 1+1, 2+1, 1+2, discount on the second pill, or combinations of offers, the entire offer set must be returned.
- In the event that offer items are returned, the entire offer group items must be returned at their value at the time of offer.
- The purchase invoice is necessary to provide the return and exchange service, within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition with no changes (such as discolouration or tears).
- In the event that purchases are returned for cash, the points earned from the purchases will be deducted from your points.
- In the event that the order is canceled prior to delivery, a full refund of the purchase amount plus delivery fees will be issued to the same credit card used within 7-14 working days.
- Cases in which we do not accept a return or exchange of the product:
- If the barcode has been removed or scanned (for medical products only).
- Items that require special storage conditions, such as refrigerator medicines and baby food.
- Health insurance products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
