Return, exchange and refund policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with the product or if there is a defect in the product, you can, within (3) days of receiving the product, request a “return of payment / product request” to return the product.

  • To return or exchange purchased products, visit any iBrand branch and bring the payment receipt to complete any return or exchange process.
  • In case of returning offers of 1+1, 2+1, 1+2, discount on the second pill, or combinations of offers, the entire offer set must be returned.
  • In the event that offer items are returned, all items in the offer group must be returned for their value at the time of the offer.
  • The purchase invoice is necessary to provide the return and exchange service, within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition with no changes (such as discolouration or tears).
  • If purchases are returned for cash, the points earned from the purchases will be deducted from your points.
  • If the order is canceled before delivery, the full purchase amount plus delivery fees will be refunded to the same credit card used within 7-14 business days.


Exceptions:

In accordance with hygiene and public health laws, we do not accept the return of health and beauty products (shaving devices, hair removal devices, oral and dental health care devices, etc.), and they are not subject to exchange or refund for the amount paid, unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product within a period of (3) ) days.

Items that must be stored in the refrigerator, such as (insulin, hormones, etc.), will not be returned or exchanged.


Items that must be kept at a constant temperature, such as milk and baby food, will not be returned or exchanged for the sake of your health, according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health.


Products purchased through medical insurance cannot be returned or exchanged.


In the event that the product is returned due to a defect in the product, a defect from the manufacturer, damage during product delivery, or due to delivery of an incorrect/wrong product, additional shipping service fees or bank transfer fees will not be charged. In the event of a return for other reasons (the customer needs to exchange the product or the customer’s desire has changed in general), shipping fees or bank transfer fees will be charged to the customer.


When preparing to return a product, the product must be in its original condition with all accessories and instruction manual included. We do not accept returns of products that have scratches, are damaged due to misuse, or have malfunctioned due to the use of a mismatched voltage.


We have the right to agree to accept the return of products that do not meet the above criteria.

- Refrigerator products (such as insulin, hormones, etc.) are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.


- Items that must be kept at a constant temperature, such as milk and baby food, are not returned or replaced, in the interest of your health, according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health.

Disbursed products cannot be returned or replaced by medical insurance.


- Returned or exchanged products due to a defect in the product, a defect from the manufacturer, or as a result of damage during the delivery of the product, or due to the incorrect/wrong product delivery, neither shipping service nor bank transfer fees will be charged.


- For returns or exchange for other reasons, the shipping fees and payments' fees will be charged by the customer.


- Products to be returned or exchanged must be in its original condition with all accessories and instruction manual included. We do not accept the return of products that have scratches or were damaged due to misuse or malfunction due to the use of mismatched volts.


- We have the right to agree to accept the return, exchange, or issue a refund of products that do not meet the above criteria.
